	Notes: In order to register as "Members" 2007 dues must be current. In order to register as "Student" proof of student status (in the form of a letter from advisor) must be on file at the Conference Secretariat.

Conference fees include admission to all programs July 10-12, the Book of Abstracts, coffee and tea in the mornings and afternoons, lunches, reception on the evening of July 9 including the buffet, visit to the Groningen Museum, and access to the internet. The closing banquet will be priced at 35 Euros (US$42.00). Fellows wishing to attend the Fellow's Workshop on July 9th will pay an additional fee of 15 Euros (US$18.00).
