The 2nd Biennial Conference of the Academy (presented jointly with the Croft Institute) was held on the campus of the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi. The conference theme ("International Perspectives on Race, Ethnicity, and Intercultural Relations") was designed to bring together scholars from a number of disciplines to consider one of the most critical issues facing an increasingly interconnected world.
